Araro Ariraro is a feature-length musical documentary that explores the chasm-like alienation of Tamil workers in Malayan plantations through their ancestral folk songs. 

Where colonial archives dehumanise the workers only as labour, these Plantation Tamil folk songs resurrect them as living beings, in body, and in spirit, as artists and archivists of their own history. 

We did it! We raised a total of RM 125,921 surpassing our goal.
